It consists in dissolving fresh yeast in hot water and drinking it regularly. In order to begin your adventure with yeast in hair care, you must get the main ingredient. Use food yeast found in every food shop. Regular baker’s yeast will be more effective than its instant version.

Before you start the treatment, remember that you cannot use it like you do it for baking. Yeasts are fungi therefore we have to prevent it from spreading around our digestive system. The best method is to kill the yeast with boilig water. You should daily drink 0,2-0,5 cube of yeast dissolved in a glass of water. Drink the mixture every day, after it cools off.
